Received the item and was very disappointed with the quality. There is no way this will last for a long time. Besides that, the whole delivery and return has been a nightmare. The delivery people had my wrong phone number on their slip, finally got it, and the day that we did receive what we decide to return it. Now they want almost $300 to return it. I have to re-wrap it send photos, etc. I chose to go through the manufacturer instead of a third-party because usually I prefer to do so. But it would’ve been better for me to go through a third-party that did not want to take my money for the return. Absolutely absurd.

As for the return, since the sofa is a large item shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, the return process is more complex and incurs significant costs. At the same time, we want to share that handling this return with the LTL company would cost us at least $700, so we hope you can understand the challenges and costs involved in processing large-item returns.

The back is very firm but the seat is comfortable. Appreciate the ability to remove and wash the slipcover.
